"Aton Manggad" Teaser Mix
A teaser mix of "Aton Manggad," the official advocacy theme song of Run For Iloilo River project of JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang Jaycees scheduled on May 7, 2011. The song was performed and recorded by a new generation of Ilonggo music artists under RSLPhoenix Music such as Sheila Barrios, Cherry Callao of Ilonggo 3nity, Irish D., Mz. JT with All Out Kingz, Zpinx Angel with Mix Ilonggo Crew (M.I.C. Muzik), representing SYK Unit Vhouyeng King, Conyo Boy and Ezzy. "Kasubo," Cherry Callao's new single release
Cherry Callao, an Ilongga indie singer and member of pop group Ilonggo 3nity released her second solo single entitled "Kasubo." She's the co-writer of the song with RSLPhoenix Music that tells about the longing of a girl for someone who is not entirely sincere with her and his love. The song has a romantic latin style of beat with passionate Ilonggo lyrics. The song is scheduled for Iloilo City and Bacolod City release in several FM stations. Cherry's bandmates in Ilonggo 3nity are two other Ilonggo solo artists Reyn Callao and Sheila Barrios. The song produced by RSLPhoenix Music and M.I.C. Muzik will be included her possible solo album coming soon.

Cherry @ Run for Iloilo River Presscon on April 9
For thousands of years, the Iloilo River has been the vital source of livelihood and cultural symbol of Ilonggos. From the very of heart of this beautiful and serene river, the Ilonggo’s way of life intertwined with their past glories and future visions. It has been the meek witness and instrumental to the emergence of Iloilo’s claim as the former queen city of the south and international trading port in Asia. But for several decades, this magnificent estuary has been threatened by dreadful conditions and negligence that rapidly leading to the lost of its pristine beauty. Reconsidering Iloilo River’s ecological significance and cultural value, JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang Jaycees, a non-profit socio-civic organization of young Ilonggo professionals and future leaders banded together for a worthy cause to help preserve it for generations to come.
On Saturday, April 9, 2011, 9 a.m. at Book Latte along Quezon Street, Iloilo City (at the back of Robinson’s Place Iloilo) JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang Jaycees will held a media press conference and project launch of “Run for Iloilo River” scheduled on May 7. The press conference will gather and inform Iloilo’s tri-media to support this significant cultural and environmental advocacy to save, preserve and protect Iloilo River. The project’s main event is the “Run for Iloilo River 5K, 10K and 20K Marathon” that invite runners all over the region to take part for this worthy cause. The press con will also introduce the “Piso Para sa Iloilo River,” a 1-million signature fund-raising campaign for Iloilo River that will gather advocacy commitment from Ilonggos to put up a landmark mural this year. Another supporting project and the first-of-its-kind for Ilonggo pop culture is the unveiling of the theme song for Iloilo River originally-composed, performed and recorded by some of Iloilo’s new generation of music artists. The Ilonggo song entitled “Aton Manggad” (Our Wealth) will be released in FM stations to promote the campaign for Iloilo River protection and will soon have a music video for online release. JCI Metro Iloilo Dinagyang will also launch “Vista Magachure,” its very own monthly newsletter.

Cherry is Set to Release New Single
Ilonggo 3nity vocal pop group member and Ilonggo singer, Cherry Callao is set to release a new solo single entitled "Kasubo" this April 2011 for Iloilo City and Bacolod City FM stations release. The song was originally written and composed by RSLPhoenix and Cherry to follow up her previous 2010 single "Ikaw Guid Lang." The full song and the lyrics will be posted soon in her youtube channel.

Ilonggo POP CD recollects the best of RSLPhoenix Ilonggo Music Artists
Rising like a firebird in the stillness of the night, RSLPhoenix Music, an independent group of creative artists released a collection CD album of Ilonggo hit songs of their in-house Ilonggo Music Artists exclusively at their Pintados de Pasi show last March 19. But soon, the independent CD album will be available in selected shops and stores in Iloilo City.
Ilonggo POP, as it is entitled to represent the current wave of Ilonggo music dominating FM stations in the region and as far as Negros Occidental, the CD album is an independent effort to bring back the support of Ilonggo for their own music. Cherry and Ilonggo Music Artists rocked Pintados de Pasi
The wait was over, finally RSLPhoenix Music Ilonggo Artists successfully held a free mini-concert at Passi Public Plaza food festival area during the recent 41st Pintados de Pasi Festival last March 19, 2011. The group of Ilonggo music artists who came and shared their music for the adoring Passinhon public include Sheila Barrios, Reyn Callao, Cherry Callao of Ilonggo 3nity, All Out Kingz, Irish D., Vhouyeng King, Conyo Boy, Ezzy of SYK Unit, Zpinx Angel and Mix Ilonggo Crew. The show started at exactly 5:30 PM with an upbeat dance song performance by Sheila Barrios and Stan of All Out Kingz with their duet “All Nite.” It was followed by a non-stop All Out Kingz original tracks from their hit singles “Changes,” Anu Bala?” to their love-themed rap songs “Baby Girl,” “I Love You” and their debut album title track “Ilonggo Para sa Ilongga.” Next was Cherry Callao who performed her first single “Ikaw Guid Lang” followed by a non-stop RnB performances of “Seryoso” and “Bahala Ka Na” by Reyn Callao plus Ezzy of SYK Unit joined him in front of the audience to perform their new Ilonggo dance song “E-shembot.” Newest Ilongga singer, Irish D. performed her mesmerizing first single “Ikaw” and was followed by SYK Unit’s front artists Vhouyeeng King and Conyo Boy who performed their popular Ilonggo hits “Bisan Anu Matabu,” “Kadaku Sang Moon,” and “Boho.” Irish D. was delighted to sing her newly-written second song “Paano Na” with a high-belting finale. Ilonggo 3nity’s Reyn Callao, Sheila Barrios and Cherry Callao finally performed their Australian internationally-released dance hit single “Badtrip” in full energy. Then Sheila was joined in front by Zpinx Angel to perform their upcoming collaboration single “Padayon.” Zpinx was rejoined by his groupmates in Mix Ilonggo Crew to perform their bouncy original rap songs. Finally, local songstress Sheila Barrios emotionally performed her certified Ilonggo hit singles “Ginpalangga” and “Sa Handum Na Guid Lang.” Before the show ended, Reyn Callao and Sheila Barrios was rejoined in front by all the Ilonggo artists as they performed the theme song of itravel Philippines magazine entitled “Travel with Us.”
The more than two-hour mini-concert was one of the most watched event during the weeklong festival of Passi City as they started to listen and embrace Ilonggo music. Irish D. and Vhouyeeng King hosted the show. They are hoping to come back again next year to Pintados de Pasi to prove that Ilonggo music will always be culturally-significant for all Ilonggos. RSLPhoenix Music Ilonggo Artists exclusively released a compilation CD album of their hit songs (Ilonggo Pop) with bonus tracks during the show.

Cherry Callao and Reyn Callao win SM Hypermarket Singing Contest
Ilonggo RnB pop artist, Reyn Callao with his sister, Cherry Callao of Ilonggo 3nity pop group won as champion at SM Hypermarket Singing Duets last March 12, 2011. Reyn and Cherry first auditioned two weeks ago and made it in the grand finals. Their song piece is “Forever” originally performed by Martin Nievera and Regine Velasquez. They represented Bo. Obrero, their community and competed with seven other grand finalist pairs all over the city. The two Ilonggo artists were surprised to be declared as grand champion in the announcement of the winners. Their soulful and heart-warming rendition of the song proved that these two young Ilonggo music artists bringing pride to their community and for their group—Ilonggo 3nity. They received cash prize and trophies during the event.
